FREE RIDE bicycles are available in Kota Kinabalu. Must try out my next trip to KK.
This free bicycle riding services is implemented by Kota Kinabalu City Hall (DBKK)
To get a 24 hours Free Ride bicycle the following needed:
1- Produce MyKad or Passport (for non-Malaysian);
2- Register at DBKK Counter
A Rm200 deposit MAY be required.
Those cycling fens and use bicycles to explore the water front of Kota Kinabalu City. There are two bicycle routes completed recent years:
1- Tanjung Lipat Cycleway (TLC) Coastal Scenic Ride
2- Tanjung Aru Cycleway (TAC) Sunset Scenic Ride
