Stewed Beef with Rice燉牛肉蓋飯
In the Food Court of Suria Sabah Shopping Mall in Kota Kinabalu is a newly opened Halal food stall中國穆斯林美食 by Muslims from China serving authentic Xinjiang新疆cuisine.
Muslims are well known in preparing beef cuisine. Today I tried the Stewed Beef for the first time. The test of this plate of tender stewed beef is excellent and is different from the taste of local beef preparation in Sabah. Lot of green hot chilly (Didn’t know before that people over there also love chilly like us)
This La Mian master in the picture came from Xing Jiang Province Ürümchi City烏魯木齊 of China.
